LeRoy Fose, 67, passed away Tuesday, January 22, 2019, at his residence in Coldwater, KS. Born January 30, 1951 at Coldwater, KS, he was the son of LeRoy Fose and Patsy (Darroch) Fose Harper.

LeRoy was a lifetime resident of Coldwater, KS. He attended Coldwater Grade School, graduated from Coldwater High School in 1969, and attended Pratt Community College. He was an Eagle Scout and a Boy Scout Leader for many years. LeRoy loved nature and all outdoor activities. He enjoyed technology, photography, music, and playing many different instruments. He was a cabinet maker, a beekeeper, and owner/operator of The Honey House in Coldwater.

On March 11, 1972, he married Patty Ellis at Protection, KS. She survives.

He is survived by his wife: Patty Fose of Coldwater, KS; one daughter: Jessica Martin and her husband Josh of Fort Worth, TX; two granddaughters: Jorie and Jaela Martin; his mother-in-law: Nellie Ellis of Coldwater, KS; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. He loved his family and friends and will be missed by many.

He was preceded in death by his parents: LeRoy Fose and Patsy (Darroch) Fose Harper; an infant son: Emmanuel Fose; and his grandmother: Cathryn Darroch.

Funeral service is at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, January 26, 2019, at Hatfield-Prusa Funeral Home in Coldwater, KS with Andrew Evans presiding.

Burial will follow the funeral service at Crown Hill Cemetery in Coldwater, KS.
