Peggy Jean Moreton, 88, passed away Saturday, December 26, 2020, at the Protection Valley Manor in Protection, KS.  Born August 23, 1932, at San Antonio, TX, she was the daughter of Mack and Edith (Boubel) Bowman.

On October 14, 1950, she married Billy Frank Moreton, Sr. at Seguin, TX.  He preceded her in death on January 31, 1998.

She is loved by two sons, four daughters, twelve grandchildren, thirty-seven great-grandchildren and their families.

A private graveside service will be held at Crown Hill Cemetery in Coldwater, KS, with Peggy's grandchildren serving as pallbearers.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Protection Valley Manor, St. Jude's Children's Hospital, or Shriner's Children's Hospital in care of Hatfield-Prusa Funeral Home, P.O. Box 417, Coldwater, KS 67029.
