Sandra Diane (Stalcup) McPeters

Sandra Diane (Stalcup) McPeters, 69, passed away Sunday, January 17, 2016, at the Comanche County Hospital in Coldwater, KS. Born January 23, 1946, at Great Bend, KS, she was the daughter of John Riley and Eva Alwilla "Cricket" (Finney) Stalcup.
Sandra was a resident of Coldwater, KS, moving back in 2001, previously living in Tulsa, OK. She attended Coldwater Schools in Coldwater, KS and graduated from high school in Tulsa, OK in 1964. She attended Pratt Community College in Pratt, KS, receiving a C.N.A. Sandra worked as a security guard for Pinkerton Agency for many years and also worked as a C.N.A. after moving back to Coldwater. She enjoyed riding motorcycles and loved all animals. She collected birdhouses and liked spending time outdoors enjoying nature.
She was married to Paul McPeters and he preceded her in death. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by one sister: Johnita Stalcup of Coldwater, KS; her uncle and aunt: Loren and Patricia Stalcup of Mission Viejo, CA; a cousin: Bill Uselman of Coldwater, KS; and numerous other cousins, relatives, and friends.

Memorial service is at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 27, 2016, at Hatfield-Prusa Funeral Home, Coldwater, KS, with Pastor David Moseley presiding. Inurnment will follow the service at Crown Hill Cemetery, Coldwater, KS.
