Shirley Ann Smalley

Shirley Ann Smalley was born October 11, 1935 to Glen and Lena Smalley of Protection, Kansas. Shirley joined her parents, sister in law Betty Smalley and brother in law Sonny Canape in eternal life on April 12, 2014. Shirley is survived by her sister Melbadean Canape of Fountain, CO and her brother Milo Smalley of Towanda, KS. She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews and cousins. Shirley moved to Colorado Springs, CO in 1963 to be closer to her sister and family. With 30 years of dedicated service, she retired from Sunny Rest Care Facility. After retirement Shirley enjoyed card games and traveling. Shirley returned to her beginnings in Protection, KS in 2013. She was buried in the Protection Cemetery with her parents. Shirley was loved and will be missed.
