Vivian Pearl Boley, 83, passed away Sunday, February 25, 2024, at her residence in Coldwater, KS.  Born March 24, 1940 at McNary, AZ, she was the daughter of Thomas Vernon and Wilma Maxine (Mahoney) Anstine.

Vivian attended Albuquerque High School in Albuquerque, NM and graduated from Coldwater High School in Coldwater, KS in 1958.  She attended Alva Beauty College in Alva, OK.  Vivian was a lifetime resident of the Coldwater, KS area.

She is survived by three children: Vernon Hess of Ashland, KS, Sheryl King (Robert) of Laverne, OK, and Charisse Nurnberg (Grant) of Assaria, KS; seven grandchildren: Lara Meredith (Rube), Seth King (Kyan), Brett Nurnberg (Paige), Paige Droge (Colton), Hope Nurnberg, Hart Nurnberg, and Tate Nurnberg; and nine great-grandchildren with two on the way.

Vivian was preceded in death by her parents, one grandson: Matt Nurnberg; and her uncle and aunt: Bob and Laura Mahoney.

Calling times are from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Thursday, February 29, 2024 (Family Will Be Present From 5-7 p.m.) at Hatfield-Prusa Funeral Home, Coldwater, KS.

Funeral service is at 10:30 a.m., Friday, March 1, 2024 at First Christian Church in Coldwater, KS, with Jeff Blundell and Robin Allen presiding.

Burial will follow the funeral service at Crown Hill Cemetery in Coldwater, KS.
