William "Billy" R. Burns, 61, passed away Saturday, June 18, 2016, at the Comanche County Hospital in Coldwater, KS. Born April 24, 1955, in Cherryvale, KS, he was the son of William M. and Marian Belle (Pickett) Burns. He was a resident of the Protection Valley Manor in Protection, KS, formerly living in Cherryvale, KS for many years. Cremation has taken place.
